We own, manage and lease commercial properties. Eden Properties is not a real estate broker, nor are we typical “land-lords”. We are a brother and sister team new to commercial real estate carrying on a family business and managing the properties needed for those day-to-day operations. Our full-time business is on site making us accessible if a need arises.
Eden Properties Management, LLC currently manages two facilities. One is a 10,000 square feet corporate office building with frontage on US Highway 20 just east of Chesterton, Indiana. It is currently 75% occupied with approximately 2,100 square feet of space available with common area entryway and bathrooms. Our other facility is a 13,000 square feet warehouse nearly half occupied by a long term tenant with the remaining half currently used for cold storage. This facility is also located just off US Highway 20 in Porter County and shares a common driveway with the first property.

Available immediately is approximately 2,100 +/- square feet of office or possible retail space. This open-concept, functional space may also be sub-divided if less square footage is desired. It has an abundance of natural light pouring through the windows across the front and west side of the space.
If a need exists for non-temperature controlled, raw warehouse space there may be some square footage available in our second facility as well. To make this space available for lease it would take us 2-3 months depending on your specific needs & requirements. If a tenant decides to leave us we will post the properties as available for lease with a sign in front of the properties.
We have no plans to acquire additional facilities until these buildings are fully occupied unless the right property becomes available.
